By using Auslandscape you agree to these terms. Auslandscape lets Australian homeowners and landscapers design outdoor spaces together in 3D, with a landscaper network, a supplies catalogue, and an AI design advisor.
Use one account with accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You choose a role (homeowner or landscaper) when you join.
Auslandscape never holds, processes or transfers money. Quotes, agreements and money records in the app are shared bookkeeping between a homeowner and a landscaper. Any payment happens directly between them, outside the platform. Cost figures and AI estimates are indicative only — your landscaper quotes precisely.
The AI advisor and any compliance pointers (for example pool-barrier or permit notes) are general information, not professional landscaping, engineering, building or legal advice. Always confirm regulations and site-specific work with a licensed professional and your local council.
Sample landscaper profiles are clearly labelled and are not real businesses. We do not employ, endorse or guarantee the work of any landscaper on the platform, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with one.
You keep ownership of the designs, photos and information you add. You grant us the permission needed to host and process that content to operate the service (including sharing it with collaborators you invite). Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms or the service. You can stop using Auslandscape and delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account).
